This event introduces dances of resistance: capoeira\, samba\, frevo\, and Irish dance. The two-day workshops will offer culturally responsive teaching\, touch upon history and ritualistic wellness\, focus on mindfulness and self-care practices\, and\, of course\, keep you moving.
