Announcing new weekly Irish dance classes in Rockville

Over the past few years, I have been honing my vision for the kind of Irish dance classes I'd like to offer and we are finally here. I feel bolstered by all the many teachers I've studied with and been inspired by over my 35 (so far!) years of dancing and I'm thrilled to now have a weekly opportunity to work with students on the aspects of Irish dance that I love the most.

Kate Spanos Irish Dance performed two original choreographies in Tysons Corner on St. Patrick's weekend and will present festival style Irish dance at two Maryland music and dance festivals on April!

I'm delighted to share that I will be teaching a six-week festival style Irish dance series starting Friday, October 6 at District Irish Dance Academy in Tenleytown, Washington, DC.
